How to measure
  1. Use a soft tape if you have one. Measure the area you want covered, front to back. That is your length.
  2. Measure the same area side to side at its widest point. That is your width.
  3. Write both numbers in inches. If you are between sizes, start with the larger stock size and check the product page for trimming notes.

Most customers wear a standard size and trim the base to their area. Measure only the area you want covered — no need to add extra inches “just in case.”
